THERAPY

You are not alone.  Many people come to therapy because they feel "stuck". You may not believe it right now, but you are the expert on your life. Therapy is one way to help you navigate toward your personal sense of freedom. Everyone must struggle through ups and downs, but when your thoughts or emotions begin to stand in your way, then it may feel like you will always be ruled by your feelings. My job is to help you find out how your  thoughts and emotional life can serve you and help you find motivation to change what doesn't work for you and then... go out and live your life! I try to help my clients through strength-based therapy that can be exploratory (long-term) or solution focused  (short-term). Contact me to find out more.

Well-being cannot exist just in your own head. Well-being is a combination of feeling good as well as actually having meaning, good relationships and accomplishment. -Martin Seligman
